My name is varun b and my account number is[protected], canara bank,. I have cancelled a product in amazon for rs.649/- and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs.649/- has been initiated on 6th november 2017 and it will be credited to my account on 14th november 2017, till now (15nnovember 2017), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number through mail.
