I purchased a book on amazon on[protected] of this month using my canara bank debit card. But i haven't received the book and automatically got cancelled. Since the order got cancelled, amazon refunded the amount.
The date of processing is[protected]. They send me a refund reference # 74332740096009581805091. This is the number.
Since then, i have contacted amazon, and canarabank customer care somany times. Butyet to get the response. So. I formally complaint. I have also tried to complaint online through the canarabank website, but not able to complain. Was this information helpful? |
