[Resolved]  Canara Bank — refund amount pending and not credited to debit card.

I purchased an action figure on amazon and cancelled in 4 days when it was still not shipped from origin country. Amazon processed the refund on 5th april and the refund was completed from their end on 10th april as per their records. They sent me a refund reference which the bank is not acknowledging. I called up their customer care number multiple times but they kept on blaming amazon.
When i called the banks customer care they asked me to visit the bank which is not even needed as per the mail sent.
Here is the mail from amazon

This is to confirm that refund for amount 4705.0700 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

Refund reference # 74332740097009693127458

Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Later i contacted them again to which they started blaming amazon for not doing the refund. Amazon has sent proof of refund since day 1 but bank is not cooperating.
