Canara Bank — refund from amazon is not received in my canara bank savings account

I purchased a product on 07th april 2019 at amazon india website, paid through my canara bank debit card and unfortunately that item could not be delivered to my location. Amazon has cancelled that order on 12th april 2019 and processed the refund on 13th april 2019. The refund reference number is[protected]. Its been 10 days today i. E. 23rd april 2019, still the refund is not reflected in my canara bank account. Please do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

On 5th April, a rufund of Rs.87 was initiated by Amazon.in against my Rupay card under Canara bank with transaction reference no.[protected].
