Canara Bank — refund initiated but not reflected my canara bank account

I purchased a product from amazon on 22nd jan 2020 using my canara bank debit card but unfortunately my product wasn't delivered and the company (Amazon) told me that the money was refunded to my account.
As per their confirmation the refund was initiated on 25/01/2020, maximum time frame was 2 to 4 days, but the money still wasn't reflected in my account.
They had provided the refund reference number# 57su38s30000k54vlga4. I had contacted your customer service but they could not help me. This my request to you that please check and refund my money as soon as possible.
