Canara Bank — Refund initiated by ajio but still not received

I have order a crocs on 13 th may.but the order was not placed but my money got debited.ajio intiated the refund on 30th may and it was expected to be coming on 5-7 days but the ajio gave me the refrence id:rfnd_HGwWaDqthpU8uS bank has still not credited my money
this is urgent help me soon as possible
