Canara Bank — Refund initiated by amazon but not received

Requested sir,
i have ordered a satrani womens woven pure chiffon saree(2735S382N_Black) on 21.03.2023.Then ive returned the product i have not received my refund yet..
amazon initiated the refund and the amount has been expected to come on 1-4-2023..
amazon gave me the reference id[protected]but the canarabank has still not credited my money.please help me as soon as possible.
