Canara Bank — refund is not came to my account after 2 months

Address:Jagatsinghpur, Odisha

Me kananbala padhy account number[protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. I shopped on 22june from snapdeal and later i return it they refund money on 4th and 7th july. I have the reference number[protected] and brnjur[protected] check these two number and refund my money please help me i stepedout from bank several times they dont help me.
