[Resolved] Canara Bank — refund is pending | |||
I m supposed to receive a refund from amazon.in by 06/2 but it still isn't credited. Amazon confirmed the refund has been processed and have given a refund reference number given to them by the canara bank hereby confirming the refund. The reference number is 808796. My canara bank account number is[[protected]]. I paid the transaction using my canara bank visa debit card ending with 8388. Amount is ₹424. I did this transaction on 06/2/19. Mar 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I purchased a product on 6th Feb 2019 of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 6th Feb of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number-808796.
I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status. Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
