Canara Bank — refund issue for online shopping on amazon

My refund was initiate of rs 599 by amazon. But refund was not recive in my account. My reference number is[protected].
My refund was initiate 13 november but payment was not recive in my account. Amazon company was send me reference number but bank was not respond so please solve my issue and inform me.
