Canara Bank — Refund issued by Amazon not credited to my account

Hi sir/mam,

I've not received my Refund amount provided by Amazon.I also contacted customer care and there is no proper response.
The amount is not reflecting on my bank account and my Account number is[protected] and the phone number linked to my bank account is [protected].
I wish to complaint against this and please take further action to get my money back.
I've also attached the refference number given by Amazon for your reference.
