I Anjali Gupta suffered from last 1.5yrs . I ordered a product from Amazon of ₹1644 but only ₹359 refunded and the rest of amount ₹1285 is still pending. If I am telling this to bank they are behaving too rude. Kindly do the needful. Plz refund my amount. Amazon have given Refund Reference Number which I have given multiple times to customer care online services and canara bank too but they are not ready to help. Their behaviour towards customers are too rude they even not listening customers plz help .
