Canara Bank — refund not done by canara bank

Sir i ordered a product on 22 march 2020 that was cancelled by amazon and when i called them they said that my money was refunded to my bank but it is not reflected to my bank account. The refund refrence number give by amazon care is 74332740096009574499746.so i am requesting you to refund my money as soon as possible.
