Canara Bank — Refund not processed in the bank

I ordered lakme sunscreen from myntra on 12th April 2023 and cancelled it on 13th April2023. Although refund should be initiated instantly but it didn't it already been over 10 days. I also have refund reference number. I also complained to myntra but they are saying refund is initiated from their end.
