Canara Bank — refund not received after one month

Address:ward no 9, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122502

I have booked the phone from amazon.in order #[protected] on 22 july and do payment by debit card of canera bank but some reason i have cancil my ordered same time but till now, we can't be received the payment. I have tried in amazon and camera bank both but not get a proper response so please look into this and help to get my payment - 10, 999.00
