Canara Bank — refund not received from amazon

I was oder my new phone (One plus seven) on 13 june 2019 and my amount 32899/- has been deducted from my bank and amazone send refund but bank not accept it. Amazone reference id[protected], amazon refundable date was 20 june 2019 but refund was not received and my cancellation id order#[protected] please resolve this dispute and do it soon
