Canara Bank — Refund Not Received From Amazon.com | |||||
Dear sir mam I ordered a product from Amazon amount Rupees 2800 approx my refund was issued by Amazon on 29th of December 2020 but as today its 30th of December 2020 and I haven't received my refund till yet I contacted the customer care they told me to contact bank and check my incomplete balances which are pending balances so I got to bank and check the balance in the bank reviews the incomplete transactions and there was no such transaction in my account and then i again contacted Amazon customer service and they told me to file a complaint about it. So please help me to get my refund initiated in my account as soon as possible. I've received the successful refund completion email from Amazon and the reference and return reference ID on 20th dec.
