[Resolved]  Canara Bank — refund not received in my saving account

Address:E-339/9, Pul prehladpur, New delhi-110044

I ordered a mobile phone from an e-commerce website "amazon". But my order was cancel due to pandemic lockdown and amazon return my money by net banking rs 8699.
But i did not get my payment back in my saving account. Amazon gave me reference no. 74332740096009574910866 to track the money and back is denied to help me.
Kindly support and provide me the proper way to get my money.

I have orderd items in amazon and cancelled same day but not yet refund from canarabank which initiated by amazon and given refund reference num;74332740094009325046319 initiated on april 4th please solve no bank will do like this please solve my problem on april on 2nd
