Canara Bank — refund not received on my credit card

Dear sir
i am kanika agarwal my saving account no. is[protected] branch ram ghat road aligarh . i am purchase a laptop from amazon and paid my credit card no. - [protected]. the amount is 21990/- .date[protected] but transaction has been faild so i am paid by cash but after some time same amount was deducted to my credit card . i am visite amazon and i am following up for the refund of this amount . then amazon refunded the amount 21990/- to my credit card on[protected] and give me a refrance no.[protected] but till date the amount is not credited to my credit card
i am contact to bank branch but not response

please resolve my issue as soon as posible
