Canara Bank — refund not reflect

Dear sir, I had purchased a phone on Amazon on 7 june2019, for some reason I cancelled that and Amazon executive said that my refund was successful on 9 June 2019 and that reflect on 14 june 2019 but today is 16 june2019 and refund is not reflect on my account nd bank executive said that refund was not come...but, I have refund references number is[protected] ...no one help me either bank nor Amazon...please help me and do process fast.
