Canara Bank — refund not yet processed

I had activated amazon prime trial pack on 15th of march and for prime membership amount 999 was auto debited from my debit card on 14th of april and i requested to refund the same as per their confirmation refund was initiated on 14th of april and maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it has not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as [protected]. I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response hence i had to mail. Please check and confirm the status and refund as soon as possible.
