Canara Bank — refund of account

Given a letter to canara bank for refund of my sister account gave authorite letter on 29/1/18 have visited the bank several times and call the bank email the bank but they are not helping for refund please assist for refund the bank is not helping for refund not given any response to letter given on 29-1-18 please assist, bank is not helping not giving any details of balance also no details if account is closed the bank people are not helping have complain but they dont care helping me they are not giving any details of account please try to help for the account

I have ordered on amazon but due to some reasons I cancelled that.Amazon initiated the amount on 24May and they should it will reflect in account on 30May. But till now it’s not credited.Please refund my money.
