Sir,
During a transaction in Amazon, from canara bank I booked 3 orders and collectively paid Rs. 3200. But the order got cancelled as the payment was unsuccessful (as per Amazon mail). When I enquired in canara bank they told that transaction was credited to merchant ID as given in photo attached below.
Now the amount is not received by Amazon and payment to merchant is done by canara bank.
Please initiate the refund back to my debit card( savings account).
