Canara Bank — Refund of bescom bill payment amount

Sir i tried to pay bescom bill of rs.6750.75 on internet banking on 27.06.2017 at 09 40 hrs. And debited to my account[protected] but not credited to bescom bill account and my user id ;- srini24048 and requested to refund rs.6750.75 back to account from where it is debited and bascom account no.[protected] and for the same i request your intervention and resolve the same and after resolving and verifying the amount debited to my sb account is re credited back the same account
