Canara Bank — Refund of Rs.1500.00- reg., SB A/c No.[protected]

On 18.01.2017, I had applied for Indian Pass Port to Pass Port Seva Kendra. While submitting the Pass Port application form, Pass Port Fee/Charges of Rs. 1500.00( Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) only has been paid from the Debit Card No. [protected] and OTP has been received. In completing the transaction, specified time of 5 minutes expired and the OTP received was not succesful. Therefore the application could not be submitted.

Another application has been submitted and again payment of Rs. 1500.00 ( Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) only required to be paid from the Debit Card. The OTP has been received and the transaction was successful.

To my surprise an amount of Rs. 1500.00 has been twice debited from my Debit Card totalling to Rs. 3000.00 (Rupees Three Thousand) only. Rs.1500.00(Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) only debited from the card towards unsuccessful transaction has not been recredited to my A/c within 24 hours.

Therefore, I request you to kindly verify the transaction and re-credit Rs.1500.00 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) only to my SB A/c No. [protected] immediately.
