Canara Bank — Refund which was not credited by the bank . | |||
Hi There, This is Sonali Shaw, I am writing this email about an issue faced with my recent order. I ordered a dreambucket bollywood Georgette saree for Rs 1499 Order ID- OD[protected] from my account . This was in COD mode. I had returned the product on Date- 12th nov 2020.It has been over a month but I haven't got my refund yet. I have checked this with Flipkart customer care team and they mentioned that the refund has been processed and acknowledged me with a Refund Reference Number (RRN[protected] and had asked me to check this with Bank. They said money was reflected on the account on 19th november 2020. I have been in regular touch with my bank but there is No proper respond . I feel helpless and for a month it seems like a dog catching its own tail. Flipkart team says to check with the bank and Bank asks to check this with you guys. Was this information helpful? | |||
