Canara Bank — Refuse to give cash against cheque of Current Account | |||
I am maintaining a current account at Canara Bank Foundry Nagar Branch Agra and went today 20/12/2016 for cash withdrawal but Manager Refused to clear the self cheque saying that you have no token and we have distributed advance tokens up to 30 December for withdrawal of Cash by cheque. There are no such guidelines issued by RBI for distribution of token and Bank Manager is working against RBI guidelines following his own unethical rules against Law and Order.
