Canara Bank — Regarding dd cancellation

I am madhumita das, holding canara bank a/c no.[protected] at budge budge branch, made a draft on 13.01.2022 in the name of learnet skills limited. At the time of making dd, our branch have an issue there is no link to create the dd so why i am make the dd from another branch, but now when i try to cancell the same, our branch (budge budge) says dd will cancelled from where the dd is make. Sir, please note that all the time is not possible. Please solve the issue. The said branch have other issue to like passbook upto date, cash deposite, there is no link all the time.
