Canara Bank — regarding getting refund

Sir i purchased an item from amazon. After wards i canceled the item. Amazon issued a refund on 28 the of april. But still payment of 7103 has no been issued in my bank till now. My bank account no. Is[protected]. My reference no. Issused by amazon is[protected]. Kindly help me getting my payment back into my account. Regards vilas chander.
