I have deposited a cheque in the pitampura, delhi branch of canara bank. The cheque was deposited on 27 january 2017, its been 1 month and i haven't received any amount in my account. The bank official gives vague reasons. I expect canara bank to take somr serious step on this matter.

I did online shopping and returned the product, my money is not showing in bank account although the shopping site had send me text that they returned the money on[protected].. too I got debited in an ATM but didn't received the money on[protected] at 09:02 pm. Please help
