Canara Bank — regarding refund of rs.2000

D divi puppy from Chennai, Tamil Nadu

My account details as follows., Divya r Acc no-[protected] Canara bank Ifsc-cnrb0000958 Manamadurai. I just attempted to transfer rs.2000 from my account through can mobile app imps transfer to beneficiary of sbi account on 09.12.17. The amount rs.2000 has been debited from my account but my beneficiary has not received the amount. I just received a message that my transaction has been timed out but rs.2000 has been debited from my account. Imps reference number given is[protected]. I waited for 7 business day so that my amount would be auto refunded. But till 19.12.17, my amount has not been refunded. I just sent a mail to [protected]@canarabank.com. Hi, This is akbar khan vpo lakhmirwala tehsil sunam ditt sangrur My credit card num is[protected] On 12 december 2017 i swipe my card at adarsh trading co.for 12000/- but it was declined...but amount deduct from my credit card...so pls refund the payment in my credit card...with immidiately effect.
