Dear sir/madam,
I submitted a application form of opening a new account in your yamuna vihar branch 3 week earlier from the date of opening bank account, but after opening bank account, they did not give me welcome kit i. E. Passbook, atm, netbanking or any other single document for proof of opening an account. I just received my account no. From them on single piece of paper, not even on bank letterhead. I have gone into branch around 7-8 times for these things, but they keep refusing me. I am fed up of facing them now. So i want you to do something for me.
First they are not opening bank account, then they are not giving me passbook, atm and netbanking. Details of account holder are as follow:

Please go into this issue and update me.
