Canara Bank — request to complaint about deduction of more amount for my loan installment

Respect ed sir,
I am indrajeet prabhudas katariya requested to informed you,
I have loan account in nakshatra complex, ioc road, chandkheda branch.
My loan a/c no.[protected]
So, my loan installment deducted 11000 rs at dated 01/09/2017.
And also deducted same amount 11000 rs at dated 08/09/2017.
So same month 2 loan insallment deducted.

That problems has many times face for last 1 year.
And i m also send clearence cheque for another party so that cheqe also bounce for your system problems whatever i dont know.

But, i have request you to please complaint my problems and also immigiate action for that complain.
