I am Gurpreet kaur I lives in Safiganj mohalla jugsalai jamshedpur.

I am account holder of your bank. I want to say that I went to S.B.I ATM Galaxia mall ratu road piska mode ranchi 834005 for widrawing Rs 2000 date of 25th Nov time 11:10 am But unfortunately money was not received to me through the ATM but this amount was deducted from my account no.[protected] So please kindly solve my problem as soon as possible

I am account holder of your bank.i want to say that when i went to j&k ATM(jammu and kasmir ATM) vikesh marg preet vihar new delhi for widrowimg 2500 date 05.12.2016 time 19:49 but unfortunately money was not recive to me through the atm but 2500 amount is deducted from my account no.[protected].so please kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
