Hello,
I am unable to log into Canara Bank Scholarship and Fellowship Management Portal as it says User ID locked. After following the instructions of 'forget password', the next screen says that I will receive a password in my mail but I have not received any mail yet.
I registered on April 26, 2023. Since then, I am unable to log into the portal even once. I have not received any email from Canara bank regarding my registration confirmation as well. My email ID is working fine and I am able to send-receive mails from all other sources except Canara Bank.
My Nodal Officer is able to login and see my fellowship application in progress via admin login. However, I am unable to process the initial scholar approval steps and have to wait 24 hours delaying the process of approval.
I have been requesting for help over emails (over 10 mails sent so far but no response), calls (line busy or wont answer on[protected]/8) but to no avail. I request you to look into the issue and help me gain access to the portal.
