Canara Bank — staff behaviour was so rude and unappreciative. (abusive) | |||
Dear sir, I naresh kumar from delhi, today visited canara bank yamuna vihar branch for some money withdrawal but i forgot my cheque book at home so i withdrew some money from the atm in the same premises. But received all notes of 100/. I requested to security guard to exchange the notes with bigger one. He simply sent me to cashier, i very humbly told him to do so, but he replied me very aggressively and told me not to exchange, i asked him the reason for that then he became furious at me and told me "do what you can do". I told him. I won’t do anything then again he abused me. Whole staff was present there and some of customer were also present there. I do have my current and saving account in the very bank branch I felt very humiliated as i didn’t do anything and abused my a bank employee for nothing.
