Canara Bank — Tds 20% deducted by bank fault and bank manager refusing to file revised return | |||
Pan number is available in the account from which fd is done and the fd form also has pan mentioned in it. Different fd is also maintained in the account before this fd that too has pan card mentioned it. Still bank manager is asking me to ask my ca to whatever he want but he is denying to help me. Was shocked to hear the response when asked to check with fd form whether pan card mentioned or not he said "what ever the case may be nothing can be done in this context tds once deducted its done".
