The bank official in canara bank, zamin uthukuli who failed to disclose his name has been treating various customers very badly including my mother and providing poor services to customers. My mother has been contacting bank for a new passbook for the past 6 months and she hasn't been given one. She has been continuously asked to come on the next next days. She being very ill has however been reaching out to them whenever she has asked to come and get a new passbook.
