Canara Bank — The employee misbehavior in grant road east branch | |||
Dear Sir, I am holding Current account with Canara bank at Bhayander East branch. As i am currently located for work at Grant road maximum times I operate my account from your Grant Road branch. You have one Senior aged lady staff Name Heenal(dont remember exact name) something a gujju manner-less lady dont know how to talk to customer. She never co-operate the customer and if any of your staff trying to help the customer she shouts at him like she is a owner of the bank. The branch Manager also listen to him like his kid. The way she talk in loud voice with the customer is pathetic. Every day she argue with the customer by this or that reason. requesting you to please take action against her.
