The Corr.PPO(PPO.NO C/CORR/FYS/05010/2016, DATED 04.04.2016) copy has been sent to the Canara bank, Aravankadu branch. When i was temporary residing. Since i shifted along with my family to Kotagiri and i maintain a bank account wit SBI, Kotagiri branch. Thereby I request you good office to resend the original Corr PPO copy to the SBI. Kotagiri to enable me to receive all the pension benefits for the past six month. I have been mental agony. I already sent you letter as on 06.08.2016 and this is my third time request.
