Canara Bank — transaction amount not credited.

The canara bank customercare number is unresponsive. I was directed to place a charge of dispute.
Amazon had initiated a refund - transaction under transaction id 5245688896126786403050 on 24th of april. The amount is not credited to my account yet. Kindly process the transaction at the earliest.

On 13 th April irctc issued a refund of rs.1770/_through reference no.74332748102810139836909 to my account no.[protected] linked to debit card no.[protected].But the same has not been credited by now.Please see.This is a repeated problem with canada bank.Never faced such problems with sbi.Please improve.
