Canara Bank — transaction declined but amount not refunded | |||
I had purchased a flight ticket online through canarabank netbanking on 25th november 2019 The transaction for an amount of rs. 9, 176 was declined but my account was debited. It has been 2 months since this happened and the money has not yet been refunded to my account. To one of my emails to the bank i got a reply saying that the problem will be resolved by january 14th. Today is january 24th and the problem has not yet been solved. When i tried to contact the branch over phone, no one picks up. Was this information helpful? | |||
