Canara Bank — transaction deducted amount not received

I am complaining about my failed transaction issue but the amount has been deducted on 7th september 2018. The amount was 7000. Till now i have not received any refund to my account. Kindly i request you to refund my money as soon as as possible. Since its nearby 1month today 3rd october 2018. I even dont get any complaint number after being complaint at my branch. I need this money back as fast u possible
