[Resolved]  Canara Bank — transaction failed - amount debited but not reversed

Hello canara bank team,

I am vinod kumar, customer of canara bank, a/c number [2724*11].
My net banking transaction with reference techproc-*31580, done on[protected]:53:28, failed.
The amount of five thousand four hundred rupees (5400/- inr) was debited and is not reversed yet.

Kindly look into the above matter.
