Canara Bank — Transaction failed | amount is not reversed in account

Hi,

I made an IMPS transaction on 02nd May which failed due to Unknown Error but amount is deducted from my account which is not reversed. I have raised this issue with Bank but have not received any update. I wrote to Customer Care, Branch Manager(Raisina Road Branch) and IMPS Transaction support team but no one replying on the mail.

I have already shared all the required details and screenshot in the mail. Could you please look into this issue and credit the amount in my account.

Dear i have a a/c[protected], you have charged 120+18 on dated 30/4/2017, please tell why you have charged this amt... and also you have charged cash handling charges in last 3--4 month...my contact number is [protected]...
