Canara Bank — transaction otp not received to updated mobile number

Dear sir,

I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mobile number, but surprisingly it got updated only for sms services, not for otp which is the important one. My transactions are pending as this one is my primary account.

Now, i get atm withdrawal smss and balance etc.

A quick response shall be appreciated.
