Canara Bank — transaction refund dispute

31st jan: debit of inr 8553 two times from account towards amazon india
3rd feb: claim of amazon that they have sent across the refund for both the deductions
8th feb: one refund of amount inr 8553 received
Second refund of amount inr 8553 has not been carried through.
I have submitted a complaint letter with details to my branch (2848). However, have received no reply.
Amazon has provided the refund reference number: lur[protected]. The authorization code is 325237.

I take a loan few years ago from canara bank with my documents now i want to take another loan but the manager is not giving loan he always make any reasons for not giving loan. my document is verified and corrected but he is not giving loan. the staff is also very rude and have no manner how to talk with consumers
