I cannot access my details on the scholar's corner of Canara Bank.
For the last 9 weeks, I have not been able to log into my Account. I have also tried "forgot Password/unlock password", many times now. Still, I'm not able to log in even with the new password received in the mail.
After I used the "forgot password" option, the system sent an OTP to my email but when I used that OTP, an error is displayed again and again:
"User ID is locked, Use Forget Password/Unlock User ID Option for changing the password.".
Please rectify this issue ASAP
