Canara Bank — Unable to reset password

Dear sir/mam,

I am not able to login to the student portal for ugc net fellowship. I was using it earlier but not i forgot password so tried resetting with "forgot password". But it is showing the wrong details or could not process. I am attaching a screenshot of the same.
Please look into this matter. My student user ID is[protected].
