Canara Bank — unable to unlock my user id

Hi, I’m trying to unlock my user id with all the details of PAN or aadhar still I’m getting error as invalid PAN or aadhar I tried even with debit card details still I’m unable to do so it’s been 3 days my user is is locked I’m unable to make any digital payments due to this issues.
